• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

All prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge.

• Sharing personal contact details or moving tutoring, payments, or learning communications outside TutorFULL in order to bypass platform safeguards or fees

Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they create and share, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of educational content
• Specific learning outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
